About Our Farm
La Haciendita
Located at Cerro El Tigre, in Santiago de Maria, our farm is part of the Tecapa-Chinameca region. It is also classified as SHG (Strictly high grown coffee cultivation).
La Corta
Our shade-grown philosophy & commitment to sustainable practices, make it an eco-friendly choice for those who value ethically produced products. During harvest, the ripe cherries are hand picked by experts and preselected for milling.
Patios
Most of our coffee is washed in the mill and sun dried on our patios.
Direct Trade
It doesn't get more direct than this. We place our own orders straight from our mill. No middle man, from our farm to your cup.
Locally Roasted
Each batch is carefully sampled and cupped. We custom roast orders and take pride in delivering freshly roasted coffee directly to your home.
